Fashion Hunter

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026

Fashion Hunter is a personal styling assistant that learns an individual user's taste in order to recommend clothing and accessories to that same user. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how you can have it removed.

1. Who we are

Fashion Hunter is a product operated by Metunspaya (trading as Fashion Hunter), based in Estepona, Andalusia, Spain. For any question about this policy or your data, write to contact@metunspaya.com. We act as the data controller for the personal data described below.

4. Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we process your data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you give when you connect an account or send us content, and on the basis of performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) for delivering the service you asked for. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Who else sees your data

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. Data is disclosed only to service providers that make the product work, strictly on our instructions:

6. Where data is stored and for how long

Data is stored on private, access-controlled servers in the European Union. We keep your taste profile for as long as your account is active. If you stop using the service, or ask us to delete your data, everything associated with your account is deleted within 30 days, except records we are legally required to retain.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing — write to contact@metunspaya.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).

8. Security

Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest, transport is protected with TLS, and access to production systems is limited to the operator of the service. We do not store Pinterest passwords — authentication happens entirely on Pinterest's side.

9. Children

The service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users directly.
